My stay at Albergo Centrale was delightful! The staff, especially Bruno, was incredibly welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel was modern and impeccably clean, with breakfast that included delicious fresh pastries and great coffee.

The breakfast served was quite good, featuring a solid selection that hit the spot. The well-designed decor gives the place a cozy, cute ambiance that adds character.

However, the location is a major drawback. it's situated in the noisiest part of town, which can disrupt any chance of a good night's sleep. The bed in the Superior Double Room with Balcony was uncomfortable, severely compromising rest. Plus, essential amenities like a coffee machine, ice machine, or iron weren't available, and the shower setup in the Family Junior Suite was awkward and lacked privacy.

the air freshener in my room was like smelling bleach, while the air conditioner was basically a decorative piece. i would’ve appreciated a complimentary upgrade to save my sanity. overall, a shame because the lobby looks cute but the rest is not so lovely. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
