Professional and accommodating staff made the experience enjoyable, especially with a delicious breakfast featuring grilled fish. However, the lack of essential amenities like a coffee machine was disappointing, and difficult parking created added stress. The room was clean but could benefit from enhanced comfort to ensure a restful night.

Positive, The stylish decor. The breakfast was a delight with fresh sausage, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere despite being in the city center. Staff was very accommodating, especially when I arrived late. Would definitely visit again! 😊

The breakfast served was quite good, featuring a solid selection that hit the spot. The well-designed decor gives the place a cozy, cute ambiance that adds character.
However, the location is a major drawback. it's situated in the noisiest part of town, which can disrupt any chance of a good night's sleep. The bed in the Superior Double Room with Balcony was uncomfortable, severely compromising rest. Plus, essential amenities like a coffee machine, ice machine, or iron weren't available, and the shower setup in the Family Junior Suite was awkward and lacked privacy.

the air freshener in my room was like smelling bleach, while the air conditioner was basically a decorative piece. i would’ve appreciated a complimentary upgrade to save my sanity. overall, a shame because the lobby looks cute but the rest is not so lovely. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Modern and stylish rooms, responsive service to late check-in needs, strong WiFi connection
Air conditioning issues could be better addressed!!! Noise insulation is noticeably lacking between rooms, leading to disturbances!!! Limited dining options, with a focus on pizza and sandwiches, could use expansion!!!

Exceptional staff and delightful breakfast
I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service from Bruno and the rest of the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for the day. The hotel's location made it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the charming streets of Lamezia. However, I wished the beds were more comfortable for a better night's sleep.
